  Had a massage today with Rachel she was so lovely friendly and professional. She obviously loves what she's doing which is so refreshing nowadays she took time to listen I've got quite a few ailments! .She made me feel so relaxed I look forward to the next one and to actually sleep through the night tonight which in my case is a rarity I normally sleep a couple of hours every night!!. I started seeing Sarah & Nikki a few years back for headaches and they worked wonders! Couldn’t believe the difference in myself. Sarah now also treats my daughter for ear infections. The care & compassion along with humour makes everyone feel very comfortable.

  After having my daughter I experienced extremely bad pain across my shoulder back and ribs, after multiple unsuccessful trips to the gp etc, I still didn’t know what the pain was.

I was recommended to go and see Sarah and even after just one treatment the pain was significantly better and after a few treatments the pain had completely gone. I am so grateful for the treatment, and just wish I went sooner! Thank you Sarah for your help! I would highly recommend!
