Elbow and Wrist Pain

Problems such as arthritis and tennis elbow can be chronic and difficult to deal with. Sometimes the cause of the pain isn’t only related to the area of complaint. It may be referred from another part of the body.

A combination of laser, dry needling and chiropractic adjustments can often alleviate the pain in these joints.

Your chiropractor will spend time listening to you and will go through a thorough assessment to investigate the root cause of your symptoms, that will include taking a medical history, a physical exam including orthopaedic and neurological testing, and may include referring you for imaging if they think that that is necessary. They will then be able to provide you with a plan of care that is specific to you and tailored to your needs, including exercise prescription and advice on appropriate supports or taping if needed.

  Had a massage today with Rachel she was so lovely friendly and professional. She obviously loves what she's doing which is so refreshing nowadays she took time to listen I've got quite a few ailments! .She made me feel so relaxed I look forward to the next one and to actually sleep through the night tonight which in my case is a rarity I normally sleep a couple of hours every night!!.   After having my daughter I experienced extremely bad pain across my shoulder back and ribs, after multiple unsuccessful trips to the gp etc, I still didn’t know what the pain was. I was recommended to go and see Sarah and even after just one treatment the pain was significantly better and after a few treatments the pain had completely gone.
