cold, not cool…Claire’s first job was selling ice creams from bicycle.
I spend my spare time with my hubby and girls, Sophia and Chloe. We enjoy walking the Malvern Hills together, with our vizsla boy Gilbert. Before children, me and my husband would walk miles around The Lake District each weekend. I must admit, most of these walks end with a pint of IPA in the pub!
Depending on the time of year: beef stroganoff, mussels, oysters, tomato/olive salad.
Summer: Cornwall body boarding (when it isn’t raining, windy, cold). Autumn and Spring: the Lake District. Winter: Haven’t done it since having children, but skiing in France. Hope to return soon France.
